Kathrin Linkersdorff - still life

            She was a former architect and by experience in Japan, she get the concept called "wabi-sabi". It is to find beauty in imperfection and transience, it is a concept even Japanese people like me have. About her works, what I understood is she dry flowers and take out water and make petals thin to show delicateness. The thing I thought is ink is actually color she take from flowers. I want to put delicateness in my works too.      In this photo, she does not use pigment ink, but the delicateness of the petals is very emphasized. By putting the flower in water, I felt the light is hitting the flower more evenly. Matthew Rolston - Portrait

            He is a photographer based in Los Angeles, and he is known for celebrity portraits. When he was studying in ArtCenter College of Design, he was found by Andy Warhol, and it help him start his career through work for "Interview" magazine. Later, he became one of the best photographers of the 1980s and worked for many major magazine. Also, he is known as a music video director for artists such as Madonna and Beyonce. In recent years, he has expanded his work to fine art, and in 2025 he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from ArtCenter College of Design.      After thinking about this photo in my own way, I came up with two possible methods.
